To all Fire Fighters

On Wednesday the 26th of September 2012 it will be the 5th anniversary of the deaths of two Bray Fire Fighters, S/O Brian Murray and F/F Mark O Shaughnessey who died in the line of duty.

Bray FF will be holding a wreath laying ceremony at the site on the Lower Dargle Road at 09.00hrs and then up to Our Lady Queen Of Peace church on the Vevay road for a remembrance mass at 10.00 hrs.

All those who wish to attend should be at the Lower Dargle Road for 09.00 hrs.Dress No 1s if you have them but your presence is more important.

There will be light refreshments after mass back at Bray Fire Station, all are welcome.

We are calling on all Community groups, Political Group/Parties and members of the public to come out and support your Fire-Fighters, outside Bray Fire Station on 13 th April, 2011 (11am-4pm). They are protesting, under Health & Safety against the policies operated by Wicklow County Council, these policies (call-vetting) have been in operation over a number of years and would have culminated in the tragic episode in 2007.
